Strawberry Yogurt Breakfast Split

Ingredients:

24 bananas

6 lbs. fresh whole strawberries (6 quarts)

6 lbs. vanilla yogurt (3 quarts)

7 OZs. Toasted chopped almonds (1 1/2 cups)

Cooking Directions:

For individual servings; peel and split 1 banana. Place banana halves in serving bowl. Top with 4 ozs. (1 cup) fresh strawberries, 4 ozs. (1/2 cup) yogurt, and 1 Tbsp chopped, toasted almonds.
