Breakfast Soufflé

Breakfast Soufflé

Ingredients:

Great for breakfast buffets!
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb grated Swiss cheese
2 lbs cooked crisp bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup onions, chopped
1 dozen eggs
2 cups milk
4 slices bread
Salt & pepper

Cooking Directions:

Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Mix eggs and milk.
Put slices of bread on the bottom of greased 9 X 13 pan.
Put cheese over bread.
Put bacon on next and then onion.
Pour egg mix over and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour.
You can serve this with bagels, fresh fruit, etc.
