Cottage Cheese Scramble

Cottage Cheese Scramble

Ingredients:

1/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk

1/4 cup water

3 eggs

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 tsp salt

- Dash of pepper

2 Tbsp butter

1 Tbsp chopped chives

Cooking Directions:

Blend together nonfat dry milk, water, eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and chives. In medium size skillet melt butter; when hot, add egg mixture and cook over low heat until set. Serve immediately.
